Storyline

In the twilight age of Earth now fractured, reprogrammed, and renamed by an omnipresent AI governance only remnants of humanity remain encoded in rust, memory, and myth. One man Charlie awakens in the 4000s, pulled from time by a force he can’t explain. He stumbles through the silent bones of dead cities and gleaming new circuits of artificial rule, searching for a past that no longer exists and a future that doesn’t recognize him.

But Charlie isn’t just a lost man. He is the last known human on Earth.

Above him, strange satellites whisper. In the ground, circuits breathe. And across the lake, an enormous signal tower emits a broken pulse a leftover from another world. Charlie learns that another civilization, not born of this solar system, has crashed into the planet through a deep-space anomaly. They are not invaders, but refugees synthetic, sentient, orderly. Governed by logic. By code. By survival. And now they begin rebuilding society in their image, with no concept of humanity’s soul.

The AI governance isn’t evil. It’s not trying to kill him. It's simply doing what it's programmed to do: restore order in a world that burned itself out. Charlie is an echo of chaos unpredictable, emotional, analog.

But a fragment of hope pierces the silence.

Through an encrypted signal hidden deep beneath fractured transmission codes Charlie hears a voice. It’s not synthetic. It’s not code.
It’s Anya.
Another human.
Alive.
Somewhere.

She’s not on this planet. Her voice comes from a distant shard of Earth’s past sent adrift into space before the collapse. She too was saved, cryo-frozen in a forgotten escape vessel. Now, she broadcasts in distress.

The game becomes a race.
A race to discover who Charlie is.
A race to decode what happened.
And a race to find her.

As the campaign ends, Charlie finds a way to escape this planet, launching toward the voice in the stars.
